What is the lug size?
Can I replace the strap?
Yes you can. You can either do it yourself with a spring bar tool or visit a local watch store / watch maker.
Does the watch have manual winding as well?
Yes, you can manually wind Boetti in addition to the self-winding created by the motion of your wrist.
What movement are you using in your watches?
We’re using self-winding automatic with 21 jewels and 42 hour power reserve.
What type of glass are you using on the backside of the watch?
We’re using the same material as on the front – Scratch resistant Sapphire Crystal glass.
My watch is not 100% accurate, is this normal?
An automatic movement is a mechanical watch movement that doesn't use a battery. Instead, it's wound by the motion of your wrist. The rotor pivots freely around a spindle, and a movement in either direction helps to rewind the mainspring. The watch is then regulated by a spiral balance wheel that vibrates 21,600 times per hour. While it is slightly less precise than a battery-powered quartz movement (by a few minutes per month), it is the ultimate example of exquisite watchmaking tradition.
Should you watch be more than 5-10 minutes off (either too slow or too fast) after less than a month, please contact us so that we can help.
I haven’t used my watch for a few days and it has stopped, is it normal?
Because the Boetti 36 is using an automatic movement and not relying on a battery, the watch is wound by the motion of your wrist. With a 36 hour power reserve it will keep time for about two days before it stops, if not worn. This is the case with all mechanical watches in all price ranges.
How do I set the date and time on my new watch?
Pull out the crown to the first stop for adjusting the date and the second stop for adjusting the time.

Warranty & Returns
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we have a 1-year warranty. It covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal, etc.).
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days from delivery. You are, however, responsible for paying return shipping. We will issue your refund when we’ve received your return and verified that the product is in crisp condition. We can unfortunately not accept returns on used products.
